This is my Re-Draw Rule! At the Very Start of the Duel before you set or summon any cards. You can ANNOUNCE in ham that you want to use the ReDraw rule. Then send all cards from your hand to thedeck and Redraw. ONLY 1 PER Tournament! So use it wisely.
